The City of Atlanta/Department of Aviation (DOA) announces the availability of the Final Environmental Assessment (FEA) for a project at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport that will widen Concourse D and replace the Domestic Terminal North Parking Deck and South Parking Deck parking capacities. The FEA was prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) instructions for implementing NEPA, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. On October 7, 2022, the FAA issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)/Record of Decision (ROD) for the project.
